My goal:

Gain sufficient skills in programming to join a team working on technical soloutions for the healthcare sector - or maybe to start my own team of equally Nerdy Nurses to create a documentation system made by those who understand the proffesion at work.

The journey so far:

  • Novermber 23' I quit my job as a senior nurse, to persue a carrer in IT
  • While searching for the right path, I started online courses in programming, starting with web-develobment.
  • I bought the domain: NerdyNurse.dk to test and share my progress.

FWQ (frequently wondered questions):

  • Q: Why does your website look so bad?
    A: It is a work in progress. I am evolving this website along with my coding skills. All you see at the site I've been coding myself, without the help of any website programs. I might start using some later for comfort, when I've gotten the hang of the basics. The old design will be saved in my time capsule (feature comming soon).
  • Q: Why do you write in English when you are danish?
    A: I do belive that English is an important language to master over all, and in particullar in IT. In addition, one of my plans, is to enroll at ITU and study a master in Software Design, which is tought in english.
